COSMIC RESORT – Experience Information
1. Laundry Splash
- Children under 100cm are not permitted for safety reasons, even with a guardian.
- On weekends, each guest may enjoy this attraction up to two times.
2. Moonlight Pool
- Please refrain from diving or excessive physical activity.
- During maintenance, all guests must exit the ball pool.
- We recommend a maximum of two sessions per guest.
3. Astrum
- After Show Mode, guests may take photos during Photo Mode.
- Please exit promptly to allow the next group to enter.
4. Attire Notice
- The floors in 'Star Road', 'Moonlight Pool', and 'Balloon Shower' are made of glass. Please be mindful while walking.
5. General Guidelines
- No food or drinks allowed inside
- Wait times may occur on weekends
- For a relaxed experience, visit after 6:00 PM
- Follow the designated route only (no reverse walking)
- No restrooms inside the venue (please use in advance)
- Strollers are not permitted inside
